Payments can be submitted by check by mail or in person at:

Payment Policy: We require a $75 deposit to hold your reservation within 10 days of your party. To pay your deposit by credit card please call 415.820.3515. The Children's Creativity Museum accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment of the balance is due at the time of the party. Your Birthday Party reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice from Children's Creativity Museum.

Cancellations/Refunds: Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to party date will receive a full refund, less a non-refundable fee of $75.00.
