When we receive this request we will send you an invoice for cost of the field trip. Deposit payment is required to hold your reservation and will only be processed if the requested date and time is available.
A non-refundable 20% deposit ($30 per workshop) must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your field trip date. Please call 415.820.3349 with your payment information. The remaining balance is due on or before your group's arrival at Children's Creativity Museum.
Once we receive your deposit payment, you will receive confirmation. You must pay your remaining balance to the Children's Creativity Museum receptionist on or before the day of your field trip.
Field trips carry a flat fee of $200 per session. Junior Fieldtrips carry a flat fee of $150 per session.

Optional Letter of Support: Before or after the field trip, please send Children's Creativity Museum a letter of support that describes how your field trip to Children's Creativity Museum will benefit or has benefited your students. Letters of support are critical for gaining funding to maintain schools' access to this fee waived program.
