Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day (Girl Day) is an international event celebrated during Engineers Week each year. Visitors of all ages are invited to join us for an afternoon of engineering fun, meet real-life women engineers, and get inspired!

WORKSHOPS:
12:00 – 2:00pm  |  Roominate
Roominate is the first toy developed by Alice and Bettina, two Stanford female engineers. They make toys that blur the line between education and play to inspire the next generation of female technology innovators. Read about the team and Roominate’s story to learn more!

2:00 – 4:00pm  |  Tndrbox
TndrBOX provides parents and kids with a fun and engaging way to enjoy science at home. They deliver a box of hand-picked science experiments and activities targeted for kids from K to 4th grade, to your home each month. TndrBOX nurtures your child’s imagination while making for a quality family experience.
