Field Trips, Birthday Parties and Group Sales Calendar

Please use this calendar as a guide when selecting preferred dates for your visit.

When an event has been confirmed, the availability listing will be removed from the calendar. If you notice there is a (group sale, birthday or field trip) listed on the date and time slot you want to book, the date is available.

This calendar is for viewing purposes only. You can not add an event to this calendar yourself. We will not receive your reservation in this way.

Scheduling notes:

  • Field Trips: Tuesday – Friday 9:45 – 11:45am and 12:15 – 2:15. We offer our classic field trips (Clay Animation, Music Video, Digital Zine) on Tuesdays ONLY with three field trips per time slot. Our Creative Triple Play field trip is offered Wednesday – Friday with 1 field trip per time slot. We do not host field trips on Mondays
  • Group Sales: We book up to two self-guided tour groups at a time during regular General Admission hours. Groups of 15+ will receive discounted admission.
    This is a great option for After-School Groups. *Inquire about our workshops!

    School Year Hours: Wed – Fri 1:00pm -3:30pm; 2:00pm – 4:30pm; 3:30pm-5:30pm
    Sat & Sun 11:00am – 1:30pm and 2:00pm – 4:30pm
    Summer Hours: Wed-Sun 11:00am – 1:30pm and 2:00pm – 4:30pm

To hold your reservation, please be sure to confirm with our Visitor Services Staff and submit a $50 deposit.

  • Birthday Parties: Saturday and Sunday at 10:00am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm. We book one birthday party per time slot.
